Carol J. Denzer
Vice President, Chief
Information Officer
Responsible for defining the vision and direction of
RLI’s technology strategies to support company business
plans and initiatives.
Denzer began her RLI career in 1987 as a reinsurance
accountant. She was promoted to a variety of accounting
and reinsurance positions, including chief p&c
accountant as well as manager, reinsurance accounting.
She was named assistant vice president in 1998; vice
president, reinsurance and catastrophe management in
2004; and to her current position in 2006.
Prior to joining RLI, Denzer was affiliated with E.
W. Blanch Company in Minneapolis and is a graduate of
St. Cloud State University.
