Daniel O. Kennedy
Vice President, General
Counsel, Corporate Secretary
Accountable for providing legal counsel to protect
the company’s rights, assuring compliance with all
regulatory authorities, and supervising all non-claim
litigation in which the company is involved.
Kennedy came to RLI in 2006 with 16 years of in-depth
corporate experience representing public companies in
areas such as securities, M&A and corporate governance
issues. Before joining RLI, he was a partner at Hunton &
Williams LLP in Atlanta, Ga.
Kennedy holds a B.B.A. from Western Michigan
University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University.
