Joseph E. Dondanville Senior Vice
President, Chief Financial Officer
Accountable for the preparation, integrity and
objectivity of financial statements issued by the
company, including establishing and maintaining an
appropriate system of internal controls throughout the
company’s operations.
Dondanville joined RLI in 1984 as chief accountant
and became controller in 1985. He was promoted to chief
financial officer in 1992 and to current position in
2002. Prior to joining RLI, Dondanville was associated
with Arthur Andersen and Co. He is a graduate of
Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
