Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of
corporate-wide financial reporting, reinsurance
accounting, tax and annual planning functions, including
maintaining the effectiveness of internal financial
controls.
Bryant joined RLI in 1993 as a statutory accountant
and has held various positions in the accounting
department, including assistant vice president,
financial reporting. He was promoted to his current
position in 2009. Prior to RLI, Bryant was associated
with Arthur Andersen and Co. He is a graduate of
MacMurray College in Jacksonville, Ill.
