Contractors Bonding and Insurance Company (CBIC) — an RLI Company — developed Contrac Pac in response to the unique needs of construction professionals. Contrac Pac is a program for contractors which can package a contractors license bond, general liability, property and inland marine insurance.

Eligibility:

• General contractors that are active in the day-to-day operations, on the jobsite daily and have annual receipts of $3 million or less
• Trade contractors with annual receipts of $1.5 million or less
• Favorable financial condition verified by individual credit check (required for general contractors only)
• New ventures with acceptable experience
• New construction work on apartment, town homes or co-op projects up to 12 units (excluding new condos of any size)
• General contractors working on 5 or less new residential units annually in a tract, subdivision or development
• Trade contractors working on 15 or less new residential units annually in a tract, subdivision or development
