We do not write new business domiciled in or whose operations primarily occur in Cook County, Illinois or the five Boroughs of New York. Additionally, we do not write new business for small charter and tour operations (4 units or fewer) in AK, CA, CT, LA, HI, MA, NY, NJ or TX or large charter and tour operations (5+ units) in AK, HI, MT, or MA.

Coverage

Auto Liability

Liability limits up to $5 million. Higher liability limits are available upon request. Coverage can be with or without PIP, UM, UIM and/or medical payments, depending on state requirements..

Physical Damage

A range of deductibles starting as low as $1,000 for specified perils and collision coverage.

General Liability

Limits up to $5 million. Higher liability limits are available upon request.

Other Coverages

Hired & non-owned, garage liability, garagekeepers legal liability and following form excess liability (up to $10 million x $5 million).

  • Large charter and tour operations (5 units and more) in all states except AK, HI, MA & MT
  • Small charter and tour operations (4 units and less) in all states except AK, CA, CT, LA, HI, MA, NY, NJ & TX
  • Municipal transit authorities (5-unit minimum)
  • School districts (10-unit minimum)
  • School bus contractors (10-unit minimum)
  • Limousine services (10-unit minimum)
  • Not writing accounts that are domiciled in, or whose operations primarily occur in, the 5 boroughs of New York City, NY or Cook County, IL
